This Carrier activated carbon filter has a sturdy aluminum frame and measures approximately 10 25/32 x 18 1/4 x 3/8. Sold as a 2 pack. It has finely ground activated carbon which increases the available surface area for absorption over granular carbon. For optimum performance replace filter once every 3 months or more often as needed.
